Summarize the best practice recommendations regarding the issue based on the reviewed research.
Compare the best practice to the current practice your organization takes or is planning.
Evaluation
Summarize the approach and priorities needed to take the best practice action and make a change.

If applicable – Reflect on your direct clinical experience and assessment regarding the outcome of a quality improvement initiative in your healthcare organization and evaluate how the QI initiative affects patent or provider outcomes.
